Physical merchandise
If something arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery at perezwebservices@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Pen pal plans
Pen pal plan purchases are final and non-refundable once paid, including if your profile is hidden before the full period is used. Since there is no auto-renewal, there's nothing to cancel — a plan simply expires and your profile is hidden automatically until repurchased.
Digital downloads
All digital product sales are final. Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations on digital products once payment is complete. If a file is corrupted, missing, or won't open, contact us at perezwebservices@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a working replacement.
MyHubbyBuggs app
- If the app does not work on your phone and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund your purchase. To ask, use the Contact link on the site and include your purchase email.
- Refund requests after 7 days are not guaranteed. Free and coupon access has no refund.
- When a refund is given, the access code is deactivated.

Externally-linked products
Products marked with an external "Buy Now" link are sold and fulfilled by a third party, not by us. Refunds, returns, and shipping for those items are governed entirely by that seller's own policy — we can't process a refund on their behalf.
Shipping
Estimated shipping timelines are shown on each product page and are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen once a package leaves our hands. We'll do our best to flag any known delays before you check out.
Consultation bookings
You can cancel a pending or confirmed booking yourself at any time from your Account page. Refund eligibility for a cancelled booking depends on how close to the scheduled time it's cancelled — contact us directly for a cancellation made close to your appointment time.
Disputes
We'd rather work it out directly — reach out before opening a chargeback with your bank, so we have a chance to fix the issue first.
