Respecting others' work
We host content uploaded by artists (images, audio, video) and by pen pals (photos). If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, we'll respond to a valid takedown notice.
How to file a takedown notice
Send the following to perezwebservices@gmail.com:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- The exact URL or location on this site of the material you claim is infringing
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you're authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf
Counter-notification
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email including your identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that it was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court in your district.
Repeat infringers
Accounts responsible for repeated, valid infringement claims will have their content removed and their account terminated.
